What we get asked the most
What does the one-time setup fee cover?
It covers design, platform setup and a guided training session so you can manage and update your catalog yourself from day one — plus your first full year of hosting, SSL and support. From year 2, a small annual fee (starting at $99/yr) keeps your catalog live.
What happens after the first year?
We send a renewal notice before year 2. The annual fee (Essential $99/yr, Professional $120/yr, Online Store $150/yr) covers hosting, your subdomain and WhatsApp support. If you choose not to renew, we give you a 30-day grace period to back up your content before we take the site down — no penalties.
Is there a sales commission?
No. We never touch your sales — you collect directly. If you use Stripe, PayPal or Square on the Store plan, they charge the standard processor fee (around 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction), not us.
How does this compare to Shopify or Squarespace?
Shopify Basic is $39/mo + 2.9% per transaction = ~$1,200/yr at $10K in sales. Our Professional plan is $460 one-time + $120/yr from year 2 — that's $580 total in year 2 vs Shopify's $1,200+. No transaction cuts, ever. And you get a fully custom design, not a template.
Are there restrictions on the included domain?
Yes. The plan covers one standard .com domain at normal registration cost (~$12 USD/yr). If the domain you want is priced higher — short names, highly sought-after terms, or special extensions like .io, .co or .shop — the difference is billed separately. We always let you know before registering. No surprises.
What if I have more products than my plan allows?
We charge a very small fee for each additional block of products, or you can move up to the next plan. We always notify you first — never any surprise charges.
Can I upgrade later?
Of course. Starting Essential and growing into Professional or Store is very common. You only pay the difference; your catalog is preserved and we only add the new features.
